Payment: Payment can be made the day of the conference (June 12 or 13) by check or Purchase Order (made out to Colordao State University) or Master Card/Visa. You will be billed a $17.00 handling fee for cancellation requests received after 5:00 p.m. mountain daylight time on June 2, 2008. Refunds will not be possible after this time.
