Listeria Control and Safe Food Training
for Dietary Managers
Welcome. This module was developed and pilot tested by Colorado State University researchers in the Department of Food Science & Human Nutrition as part of a grant project to provide food safety training to those who work with elderly populations at increased risk of foodborne illness. This course has been approved for one unit of continuing education credit by the Colorado Dietetic Association (CDA) through Jan. 31, 2013 and the Certifying Board of Dietary Managers (CBDM) through Dec. 31, 2014.

CEU Credit:
Board Certified Dietary Managers will receive 1 CEU approved through the Certifying Board of Dietary Managers (CBDM). To obtain your CEU credit, fax a copy of the printed certificate to the CBDM at (630) 587-6308, including your name and member ID#.
Registered Dietitians and Diet Technicians: Keep a certificate copy and enter activity into your CDR learning log.
