Fort Collins community. With experienced and energetic
Registered Dietitians, we reach a range of diverse audiences,
providing timely and easy-to-apply nutrition advice
and written information.

Mission
Statement
The mission of the Nutrition Center @ CSU is to
enhance health and quality of life in Fort Collins,
Colorado through nutrition outreach, research, and
collaboration with community groups, while providing
training and practical experience for students in
the department of Food Science and Human Nutrition.
