The Nutrition Center @ CSU offers individualized nutrition counseling and programs for CSU employees and the greater Fort Collins community. With experienced and energetic Registered Dietitians, we reach a range of diverse audiences, providing timely and easy-to-apply nutrition advice and written information.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Nutrition Center @ CSU is to enhance health and quality of life in Fort Collins, Colorado through nutrition outreach, research, and collaboration with community groups, while providing training and practical experience for students in the department of Food Science and Human Nutrition.

Buying and preparing food
Eating out
Other exciting programs:
Cooking demonstrations
Supermarket and farmer's market tours
Classes and workshops on a variety of topics

Pre-diabetes and diabetes
Weight management
Vegetarian diets

Eating on a budget
Sports nutrition
Pre-hypertension and hypertension
Food allergies
Seasonal, organic and whole foods
